How many people does the venue hold?
Anywhere from a single small event to a larger party for up to 240 attendees
Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?
Absolutely, our various space sizes work great for all different sized events.
Can we bring our own food & drinks?
For insurance reasons we require a licensed liquor caterer for any party over 100 people or 4 hours. Food is up to you!
Do you supply tables & chairs?
Absolutely, all of our package options come with a certain amount of tables and chairs. We have 8’ rectangle tables and black folding chairs.
Do you have any outside areas?
We sure do! We have roughly 12,000sf of sod on the east side of the building. This is a perfect spot for getting married, playing cornhole, or just hanging out! We also have a 1.5 acre lot connected to the south of the building.
What makes your venue different from others?
We are a brand new 9500sf facility that opened its doors in July of 2021. With a grey, silver, copper & black exterior you make your way inside to a grey toned industrial feel. Open ceilings, ducting and conduit, 18’ ceilings in our big rooms, 12’ ceilings in our lobby’s and offices. Vinyl records epoxied into our floors.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes we are! Our whole building is ADA compliant.
What kind of events can we have at your venue?
If you think of it we an surely help you! Birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversary parties, reunions, weddings and receptions, banquets, small performances, tele-seminars, business trainings, meetings, classes, music lessons, dance classes, massages, individual tutoring…just to name a few
How do I guarantee my event date?
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Full balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
What kind of cleaning do I need to do?
Take out all garbage. Spot clean the floors from food and drink spills (sweeping & mopping). Clean up finger prints off mirrors. Take down all of your decorations. Stack tables and chairs against a wall (not against partition walls or mirrors). In short, make it look just like it did when you arrived. Otherwise we will keep your cleaning fee.
